Sample Schedule: Train 3 days per week if you can’t get in 4 days:

1. Mon/Wed/Fri

2. Tues/Thurs/Sat

3. Sun/Tues/Thurs

4. Mon/Thurs/Sat

1. Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri

2. Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat

3. Tues/Thurs/Sat/Sun

4. Mon/Wed/Thurs/Sunday

Off Days

Make sure to do a light 20-30min slow cardio routine on your off days if you don’t want to do an Interval Conditioning Workout. Nothing to strenuous at all

*It is recommended that you don’t exceed 3-4 interval sessions in a week.
